It's a thing. People all over are growing out dark roots, getting bad home hair cuts...etc. We didn't want Charlie to feel left out.
It's too bad I didn't take a finished picture because he didn't really look that bad in the end. He was really good through the whole ordeal and he even fell asleep at one point. So, it couldn't have been that bad.
