Jason and Nathan both earned enough reading points to rock the halls this month. It was Jason's first time. He told me he was really nervous, but he knew that his brother would be with him, so he could be brave.
It is all very exciting as they run down the halls and the whole school cheers for them and gives them high fives. The sixth grade hall is notorious for being really loud and that's what Jason was a little nervous about. It all worked out great though and they were both super happy to be able to rock the halls.
Nathan was adamant that Mike come to watch. Luckily, he was working from home that day, so he could take a break and come watch his boys run.
It's fun to have these boys love to read and love to take tests on the books they read. Way to go boys! Rock on!
