I sent the boys out to play today and then took Charlie for a walk. When I came around the corner on my way home, I saw them chasing bad guys and defending the Creek. The snow has finally melted (for now) and they can play in the creek bed again.
These last few weeks have been hard. So, I'm looking for moments in each day that are good things and focusing on them. Today, walking around the corner, hearing Jason and Nathan directing each other on where to go as they tried to eliminate all the bad guys...that was my take away best part of the day.
