Bath Bombs

Allie has been asking to make bath bombs for a long time.  We bought the ingredients and then just haven't made the time.  So, when it was our date night, she chose to make bath bombs.  The boys were downstairs out of our hair, so we got to work.

They were really easy!  

 The next day when she got home from dance, (hence the coat covering her leotard) she was looking forward to using her first one. 

 It worked so well!  We were shocked at how fizzy and bubbly it was. 

The boys have all had a chance to have a bath bomb bath.  My only complaint is that it leaves them totally greasy. If they get even just a splash in their hair, they look like they shampooed with butter. Maybe we can find a recipe that calls for less coconut oil next time.  We'll see.  Anyway, it was a fun date with my Allie girl.
